退款政策 / RETURN POLICY
當收到訂購商品時, 請務必在3天內檢查產品是否有瑕疵, 並檢查產品是否正確。本公司採取完善措施確保商品品質與出貨, 萬一送到商品有瑕疵, 或與顧客訂單內容不符, 本公司將立即進行退換貨處理。
Within 3 days after the items arrive, please check them for damage/defects and whether or not they are the correct items. We do our best to guarantee the quality and shipping of our products, but in the case of a damaged item or the delivery of an incorrect item, we want to handle returns and exchanges quickly.
商品必須是在未使用的情況下才能為顧客辦理退貨和換貨要求。因退換貨產生的所有運費和相應手續費由顧客自行承擔。
Returns or exchanges for customer's convenience will be only available for unused items, however, all shipping and handling fees should be burdens of customer.
以下情況不接受退換貨。
1. 商品到貨已超過3天以上。
2. 商品已使用。
3. 商品在送至顧客手上後沾染異味,污垢或刮痕。
4. 缺失附屬品,包裝盒等。
5. 商品經修改或清洗。
6. 降價品。
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in
the following cases.
1. More than 4 days have passed since the item was delivered.
2. The item has been used.
3. Items that acquired odors or are dirty due to the customer, and items that are damaged.
4. Products missing their accessories, boxes, etc.
5. The item has been mended or washed.
6. Sale items.
在庫存管理上,有發生庫存數誤差的可能性。萬一庫存數量不足,会通知顾客取消订单. 請您諒解。
Due to inventory management, there may be errors in the number of stocks. In case of products shortage, we will contact customer for cancellation. I appreciate for your understanding.
